Where Keepalto focuses
Keepalto is deliberately internal. Your staff record the item, customer, booking, location, inspection and repair context. Optional daily rates help with a conversation; they do not create a customer payment flow.
When the broader rental workflow matters
If your customers must browse, book and pay online, evaluate Booqable’s customer-facing tools. Keepalto has no customer storefront, invoicing, payment collection or deposits. It is not a replacement for those functions.
Keep the comparison practical
Map how an enquiry becomes a handover in your business. If you already handle sales elsewhere, test whether a focused internal register is enough. If your bottleneck is taking bookings online, assess that requirement first.
