Start with prompts, not a blank sheet
Choose from categories covering tools, plant, vehicles, electronics, events, sports and stockrooms. Add the name, manufacturer, model and serial number that distinguish one item from the next. A description gives the team context a stock number alone cannot.

Find the item, then open the detail
Search the register and filter the view before opening a profile. Availability, condition and recorded location are kept with the item. A QR label takes an authorised team member back to the profile; it is not a public link to private customer information.
Move across in manageable batches
CSV import previews the rows before saving. The current batch limit is 25 items and imported equipment starts on hold for review. Check serial numbers, required tests and descriptions before making those items available.
Built for reusable items
Keepalto tracks individual equipment records. It does not currently manage quantity-based consumables, purchase orders, automatic replenishment or warehouse picking. If those are central to your operation, evaluate a stock-control product alongside it.
