Keepalto is operated by Charlie Miller, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact support@phantiqstudios.com for service, account or legal enquiries. Charlie Miller is not currently VAT registered. Keepalto is the provisional product name, not a limited company.
2. The service you are trying
Keepalto provides an equipment register and internal booking, inspection and maintenance-record workflows. The free demo uses fictional data held in browser memory and resets on refresh. The signed-in evaluation platform stores business records separately. Real business access requires verified email/password credentials and an active subscription or card-backed seven-day trial; live onboarding is not yet enabled. It is not a customer shop, payment service, safety certification body or live location tracker.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Only access businesses and records you are authorised to use. Use your own login rather than sharing credentials; business owners should assign suitable roles and remove access when it is no longer required. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service or access another organisation’s records.
4. Your equipment and records
You retain rights to the records you supply and allow us to process them to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of descriptions, dates, customer details and operator qualifications, and for having authority to supply personal data. Do not put real customer information into the public fictional demo. Keep an independent copy of important business records during evaluation.
5. Safety and compliance
You remain responsible for physical inspections, competent operators, safe use and applicable legal requirements. The platform checks information entered by users; it does not independently validate certificates, qualifications or equipment condition. A green indicator is not a guarantee of safety or compliance. Do not use the evaluation service as your sole safety-critical record.
6. Prices and future subscriptions
Published monthly and discounted annual prices, equipment/user allowances and the seven-day card-backed trial describe the planned commercial offer. Payment collection is not available in this preview and browsing or using the demo does not create a paid subscription. Before any paid agreement, the applicable price, allowances, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be presented for acceptance. We will not charge merely because a demo was used.
7. Availability and ending evaluation
The preview may change or be interrupted and has no contractual uptime commitment. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse or a security risk. You may stop using it and contact support about export or deletion. Owner backup downloads and CSV exports exist; automatic off-site backup and self-service account deletion are not yet provided.
8. Responsibility and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Please contact us first to try to resolve a concern. The law of England and Wales applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court rights in their place of residence.
9. Changes and privacy
The version date identifies these terms. Material changes will be explained before they apply to a new paid agreement. The privacy and cookie notices describe the current preview’s handling of information. These pages will be updated when independent accounts, billing or hosting arrangements change.
