Check before promising
Open an equipment profile and review its status, existing bookings and due checks. Conflicting reservations are rejected. Required checks and an assigned operator’s relevant competency must cover the hire period—not just the day it leaves.
Keep the handover together
Record the customer, destination and collection or delivery details with the booking. Optional daily rates are a reference for your team. Keepalto does not take customer payments or calculate a customer invoice.
Handle changes without losing the record
Amend booking dates or extend an on-hire period with conflict and readiness checks. Cancel a reservation that is no longer needed. Checkout and return are separate actions, so a reservation is not confused with an item that has actually left.
Use the return as a checkpoint
Record the condition when equipment returns. Damage can create a fault record and put the item on hold, giving the team a clear reason to investigate before its next use. The calendar supports upcoming work; it is not an automated email-reminder service.
