Keepalto keeps reusable assets across categories in one register, including vehicles. You can record due dates, inspections, faults, repair instructions and outcomes against an item, then review them before its next booking.
When specialist fleet software is appropriate
Keepalto does not offer telematics, fuel-card processing, workshop parts purchasing, labour charging or a maintenance-provider network. If these are essential, evaluate Fleetio rather than treating a simple equipment register as equivalent.
