Sortly’s pricing distinguishes unique-item allowances and user licences. Its explanation says quantities of the same unique item do not count towards that unique-item limit. Published features include item photos and inventory lists, with further capabilities and limits varying by plan.
Where Keepalto focuses
Keepalto tracks each reusable item, its identifying details, bookings, recorded location and condition. The workflow follows the item through reservation, checkout, inspection and return. Fault and repair records stay connected to that item.
Choose around the stock model
Consider Sortly when your evaluation needs quantity-based inventory. Keepalto does not currently offer consumable counts, replenishment or warehouse picking. For a mixed operation, separate your reusable-equipment requirement from your consumables requirement before comparing products.
Try a realistic sample
Use two similar items with different serial numbers, one damaged item and one upcoming booking. Check whether your team can distinguish them quickly. Include import, export, mobile usability and storage allowances in the evaluation—not just the monthly headline.
