Record the checks that apply to the item, such as PAT, inspection, service or certification. Attach the supporting document and enter the correct due date; uploading a file alone does not establish a valid expiry record.
Operator requirements
Record competencies and expiry dates for operators and assign the operator where the equipment requires one. An operator record does not automatically create a staff login or grant platform access.
Review the booking window
Readiness checks consider dates across the booking period. Review the calendar before allocating equipment so a service or expiry can be handled before the next handover.
Keep responsibility clear
The platform does not authenticate qualifications, certify safety or decide the legal inspection interval for your industry. The business remains responsible for valid evidence, competent people and safe operation.
